Has been decided to create the Accademy formula because it evokes a place where you can learn partecipating. Involvment is necessary to know what cultural hermitage means speaking about the typical bread or the native pig of the region. Every geographical and hystorical details, every scents, every landscape color is present in the food and in the gastronomical tradition of the Campidano, an area considered one of the most fertile Europe's granary since the Roman Empire.
The raw materials of the Campidano Area will take the leading role in every activities. It is necessary that the young people that run for working in the Accademy know all the excellent ingredients of the Medio Campidano food: the typical pasta and bread, the Sardinian saffron, the legumes and the vegetables, the extra virgin olive oil. Everything must contribute to comunicate quality and tradition.
